Connect your practice software with an API key

Let your own systems start consults for you.

If your practice software (or your own system) can start consults through MedCall, it needs an API key.

Create a key

  1. On the Consults tab, scroll to Integrations.
  2. Press Generate API key.
  3. Copy the key straight away — it’s only shown once.

Treat the key like a password: anyone with it can start consults as you.

Revoke a key

Press Revoke next to a key in the Integrations list. It stops working immediately.

Practice-wide integrations
