Add doctors in a minute

On the Team tab, enter a doctor's name and email. They get an email to set their own password, and you aren't billed for them until they've joined. Doctors who already use MedCall can join your practice with their existing account.

  • Make someone a doctor, a manager, or both
  • Remove someone and their seat comes off the bill
  • A solo doctor can switch to a practice account later

One subscription, one invoice

$15 per doctor per month including GST, with unlimited consults. Add a doctor and the bill goes up; remove one and it drops, pro-rata. Managers who don't see patients are free. Tax invoices carry your ABN and download from the Billing tab.

Patient details stay with the doctor

Managers see how many consults each doctor has run this month and when they last ran one. They never see patient names, numbers, emails, chat or files, and they can't open a doctor's call records.

No. Only people who see patients take a paid seat.

Do we get one invoice for everyone?＋

Yes. One subscription and one tax invoice for every doctor in the practice.

Is there a discount for a bigger practice?＋

No, it's one flat price. Every doctor is $15 a month including GST, from the first doctor to the fiftieth.

What happens when we add a doctor mid-month?＋

Your subscription goes up when they accept the invite, pro-rated for the rest of the month. The adjustment shows on your next invoice.
