MedCall has one plan: $15 per doctor per month, including GST, with unlimited consults and every feature.
What counts as a seat
A seat is anyone in your practice who sees patients. Practice managers who don’t run consults are free.
When the bill changes
- Add a doctor and your subscription goes up when they accept the invite.
- Remove a doctor, or switch off their consults, and it goes down.
Changes are pro-rated, so you only pay for the part of the month someone was on the account. You’ll see the adjustment on your next invoice.
The Billing tab always shows your current number of doctors and monthly total.
