How the free trial works

1 month, no card needed, starting when you confirm your email.

  • Every new account gets a 1-month free trial.
  • It starts when you confirm your email, not when you fill in the signup form.
  • No card is needed to start.
  • During the trial, everything works — unlimited consults, invites and the team features.

Reminders

Your dashboard shows how many days are left. Managers also get an email two days before the trial ends, and another when it ends.

When the trial ends

If you haven’t subscribed, starting new consults is paused. Everything else keeps working: you can log in, see your history, and any link you’d already sent still works. Subscribe from the Billing tab to pick up where you left off.

Subscribing early

You can subscribe during the trial. If there are more than two days left, your first payment waits until the trial ends.
