Subscribe and pay

Subscribing takes a minute on Stripe's secure checkout page.

Only practice managers can subscribe.

  1. Go to the Billing tab and press Subscribe. (You’ll also find the button on the trial banner.)
  2. You’re taken to Stripe’s secure checkout page, which shows the number of doctors and the monthly total including GST.
  3. Enter your card details. You can also add your ABN so it appears on your invoices.
  4. Press Subscribe. You’ll come back to MedCall and the Billing tab will show Subscribed.

MedCall never sees or stores your card number — Stripe handles payments.

When you’re charged

You’re billed monthly in advance. If you subscribe with more than two days of your trial left, the first payment is taken when the trial ends; otherwise it’s taken straight away.

Discount codes

If you signed up from a link in a MedCall discount email, your code is already saved — it’s applied for you at checkout, and the Billing tab shows it. Otherwise, press Add promotion code on the checkout page and type it in. One code per practice.
