Solo or practice account — which to choose

Pick 'Just me' if you work alone, 'My practice' if you're setting it up for a team. You can change later.

Every MedCall account belongs to a practice. A solo clinician is simply a practice of one, so there’s no difference in what you can do — only in how the account starts out.

Just me

Choose this if you’re a clinician running your own consults. You’re the manager of your account and the person who sees patients. Your dashboard stays simple: Consults and Billing.

My practice

Choose this if you’re setting MedCall up for several doctors, or you’re a practice manager. You’ll land on the Team tab to add your doctors, and you pay for everyone on one invoice.

If you’re a practice manager who doesn’t see patients, untick I also see patients on MedCall when you sign up. You won’t take up a paid seat.

Changing your mind

A solo account can invite a colleague at any time, and a practice can go back to one person. See Switch between solo and practice.
