Join a practice when you already have an account

Accepting an invite moves your existing login into the new practice.

If a practice invites the email address you already use for MedCall:

  1. Open the invite email and press Set up my account.
  2. Log in when asked. You’ll come straight back to the invite.
  3. Press Join practice name.

What moves with you

Your login, your consult history and any API keys move into the new practice. From then on the practice pays for your seat.

If you had your own subscription

If you were on your own solo account and paying, that subscription stops at the end of the period you’ve already paid for. You won’t be charged again.

If you manage another team

If you’re the only manager of another practice with other people in it, MedCall asks you to make someone else a manager there first, so that practice isn’t left without one.
