What your patient sees

Patients don’t create an account or install anything.

1. The invite. They get a text or email from MedCall with your name and a secure link.
2. The link opens in their browser. They’re asked to allow the camera and microphone.
3. Camera preview. They check how they look and press Join consult.
4. The waiting room. They see that you’ll be with them shortly. Their video starts when you join.
5. The call. They can chat and send you a photo or PDF.
6. The end. They see “Consult ended” and can rate the call.

Before the appointment
